We know you were in the streets today and visiting this page now because you’re concerned about the way things are right now, and believe – or at least, hope – that we can change things for the better.
We believe that, too. The People’s Table is an effort to provide for each other right now while building together toward the world that we want to live in.
We don’t want our tax dollars spent on money on wars throughout the world and ICE terrorizing our communities here in the US. The only people who benefit from that are the billionaires. Meanwhile our communities are dealing with rising costs of groceries, housing shortages, and healthcare and education systems falling apart. It doesn’t have to be this way. There is more than enough to take care of all of us, and we can work together to make that happen.

No Kings, No Billionaires – No ICE, No War
Don’t let Trump fascist and billionaire bros convince you there isn’t enough for everyone. There is more room at the table, we just have to get mobilized to take back what’s ours!
There are over 3,000 No Kings events taking place this March 28 – this is the time to be in the streets, showing up for neighbors, putting pressure on Congress, talking with your co-workers, and much, much more to put a stop to all the bad and start building what is actually good for people and the planet.
As we protest this weekend, we want to make the connections clear: No Kings, No Billionaires – No ICE, No War! It’s time to invest in our futures instead of a war machine that harms our communities and the planet all around the world.
There are literal billions for the kidnapping of our neighbors or the bombings of schools but just last fall, millions of families lost access to food benefits; millions today are uninsured or underinsured; and the most basic of needs like housing, utilities, and groceries just keep getting more expensive.
Trump is handing over our tax dollars to billionaires while telling us we are on our own to suffer. That’s not right. And we can’t wait for them to fix it for us.
